O.K., so I'm not a HUGE fast food person, but grabbing an Egg McMuffin on the way to work in the morning usually offers me the opportunity to not skip the most important meal of the day AND to hit snooze a couple extra times.So, you can imagine my angst at the noticeable absence of the ever-popular Mickey D's on Ponce lately. There is some mystery construction going on that promises to be completed by October '07.
The next nearest McDonald's Atlanta locations, though only 4 miles away are WORLDS apart from my beloved Ponce.

The McDonald's on Moreland is probably closer than those.
Though how you could eat there is beyond me...didn't you see Supersize me?
At least Ponce has a Zesto.

Anon -- I know, I know...Supersize Me did keep me away from the golden arches for a good year or so, but the Egg McMuffin is so damned tasty (and simple), plus it's one of the healthiest thing on their menus (I linked to the nutrition info)...and it's between home and work (did I mention the extra snooze time?) She's an evil temptress that McMuffin!

Thank you for posting the next closest locations. You don't know how angsty I got when I couldn't grab breakfast anymore, yet I couldn't completely cave and visit the McDonald's website for the sole purpose of finding another location.
